The law’s got claws.

Criminals. Sometimes they’re animals. And sometime, somehow Scratch’s neighourhood lost its way. Sure, there have always been problems, but not like this. Now it’s dog-eat-dog out there – ever since that pug tried to swallow that other pug over at 51 Division – and now it’s every critter for itself. But Scratch hasn’t given up on his old stomping grounds, even if everyone at City Hall has. And along with Sniff, his rookie, waggy-tailed new partner, he’s going to clean that place up, one furry felon at a time.
